Drill
description:
|
Get
into the "READY" position by placing your feet into a "V" position
and placing your weight onto your pushing foot.
GO - push in a 45 degree angle direction and fully extend the leg
to the point where you lock your knee.
Continue to glide on the inside edge and return the extended leg to
a "V" position and get SET to push onto the next foot.
Repeat.
