I started coaching skating in 1983 and began applying my figure skating background expertise to hockey powerskating in 1999. Since then I have worked with hockey players of all ages and levels, from Initiation to Major Junior A to Professionals.
I have completed level 3 in the National Coaching Certification Courses in theory, practical and figure skating technical and hold a degree in Law and Psychology from Carleton University - including sports psychology studies. I also have an MBA in Information Technology Management from Athabasca University.
My passion is to coach skating, to see the smile that comes with accomplishment and to spread the "I Can" attitude!
